Chardonnay

Straw yellow in the glass with a soft pearlisation. Liquorice, rhubarb and Mediterranean dried herbs welcome you in the nose. Fine pearls fill the mouth where light citrus notes are quickly overpowered by tasty Belgica apple. How more Belgian can this be?

VINIFICATION

Harvested by machine. Fermentation and lagering done in inox cuves with temperature control. Second fermentation in the bottle and 14 months sur latte, dosage 6 grams.  Remuage, disgorgement and bottling take place in our winery.
