Notwithstanding the light colour, this is indeed a bombshell. Fermentation was halted via cooling, allowing us to use the residual sugar to conjure up this sweet dessert wine in the glass. Spiciness and exotic fruit splashed out of the glass.

Clay and sandy loam. The different layers allow us to enhance aromatic and mineral components of this wine.

VINIFICATION

Machine-harvested. This wine has a residual sugar of 30gr which is a perfect balance for a slightly sweet white wine.
